Bradley Colmer

Mr. Colmer is the Founding Partner and Managing Principal of Deco Capital Group LLC. Mr. Colmer launched Deco Capital, the South Florida operating partner for RWN Management LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor and the family office for Marc Rowan, after leaving Brilla Group in late 2012, where he had served as Managing Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management. During his time at Brilla, Mr. Colmer led the acquisition, financing, operation and disposition of over $250,000,000 worth of commercial, residential and hospitality related assets in South Florida and the Caribbean, which included owning and operating the Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach, FL. At Deco, Mr. Colmer has led the acquisition, financing, managerial operation and pre-development of the Company’s joint venture properties in Sunset Harbour and the Alton/Lincoln road corridor, as well as managing and redeveloping the Company’s joint venture properties in Surfside and Miami(Coconut Grove), FL. In addition to the company’s equity and development book, Mr. Colmer has helped originate and consulted on over $100,000,000 worth of bridge loantransactions for third party owned commercial properties in South Florida.

Prior to founding Deco Capital Group and his time at Brilla, Bradley was a practicing litigation and bankruptcy attorney with Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP and Kozyak, Tropin & Throckmorton PA. He has also served as an adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. Mr. Colmer has a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.

In addition to other commercial and charitable endeavors, Mr. Colmer is also a long time board member of the Morningside Civic Association as well as a sitting member of the Town of Surfside’s Downtown Vision Advisory Committee.

Mr. Togel’s 20+ years of development, project and construction managerial experience spans various regions, markets, and disciplines. From urban mixed use, residential and commercial projects, to complex bridge construction, high-end food & beverage, oil well construction and completion, luxury private residential, and federal complex construction, to large international commercial project work, Mr. Togel has extensive knowledge and experience in design management, project program development, construction management, branding, estimating, scheduling, project execution, asset management, acquisition and project underwriting, and risk management.

With versatility bolstered by strong technical knowledge, team building, operational leadership and a network of industry partners, Mr. Togel has guided over $7bn worth of projects to success, including a number of turnaround efforts where projects were having difficulty and new direction and guidance were required. Mr. Togel has built projects in various jurisdictions in the United States and the Caribbean, yielding rounded knowledge of not only legal and permitting requirements, but execution in extremely challenging operational environments.

Mr. Togel has managed real estate project execution for high net worth family offices, large corporations and institutional capital sources. As an experienced business owner, operator and partner, Mr. Togel understands the problems and solutions related to making a project or business profitable for all stakeholders, and to carefully calculate and integrate elements of risk reduction and core market knowledge into all aspects of a project’s life cycle.

Notable/Key projects:

- Baha Mar; $3.7 billion project. Manages all development, design and construction including a current proposed $1 billion expansion.

- Fresno & Cleveland Federal Courthouses – Owner’s Representative and Project Manager over General Contractor for a combined $280mm worth of construction.

- San German, Puerto Rico, Hospital – managed over $60mm hospital expansion.

- Four Seasons Nevis; Managed all aspects of the project. Remodeled and reopened the property twice (2000 - $60mm; 2010 - $30mm).

Dan Marinberg

Mr. Marinberg has over 17 years of combined legal, consulting and real estate development experience, including significant experience specific to the Miami market. A former Shareholder in the Miami Real Estate Department of Greenberg Traurig, one of the top international law firms, Mr. Marinberg has wide-ranging experience in all aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including office, hotel, retail, resorts, condominiums, and mixed-use projects. Mr. Marinberg is a recognized expert in the hospitality industry, commercial and retail sectors based on his transactional experience in hotel management negotiations, rebranding, commercial financings, development strategy and structuring, joint ventures, leasing, and acquisitions and dispositions of individual properties and multi-asset portfolios. He also assisted and advised clients on international transactional real estate and development issues throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central and South America. Mr. Marinberg’s representative experience ranges from minor projects to assemblages and development projects of over $1 billion.

Mr. Marinberg currently serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the largest privately owned communications tower owner and operator in the country, Vertical Bridge, where he advises the company on all mergers and acquisitions, development, leasing, financing, and real estate matters in addition to guiding the policy and direction of the company. He has received national, state, and regional recognition for his transactional knowledge, work and abilities, including being named one of the Top 40 under 40 by Law360 (2014); finalist for Top Dealmaker of the Year in 2013 by the Daily Business Review; selection as a Top Lawyer in South Florida annually from 2010 through 2013 by the South Florida Legal Guide; and selection as a Rising Star in 2010 by Florida Super Lawyers. Mr. Marinberg has been involved with several of his own personal development projects in Miami since 2007, as well as his role as a Principal of Deco Capital in its various development projects since 2012. Mr. Marinberg also has a long history of community and civil service serving as the former Chair of the Take Stock in Children’s Miami division, former Chair and Vice-Chair of the Dade County Bar Association’s International Law Committee, and the Head Coach of the University of Miami Men’s and Women’s Club Volleyball Program for 16 years. Mr. Marinberg speaks Russian, French, and Spanish, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from GeorgetownUniversity’s School of Foreign Service, and a Juris Doctor from Boston University’s School of Law.
